Growing up on the mats
Our Kids program uses jiu-jitsu to help children grow up with confidence, respect and discipline. Through play and technique, they learn to move, to cooperate and to believe in themselves.

Ages 3–6

More than technique
Confident kids
For parents, the value goes far beyond technique: it’s about the person your child is becoming.
Respect
Bowing, taking turns, looking after your training partner. Respect is the first thing you learn on the mats.
Attention and discipline
Listening, following instructions and repeating until it works. Small habits that help at school and at home.
Managing emotions
Dealing with frustration, winning and losing well. Children learn to calm down and try again.
Coordination and movement
Balance, strength and body awareness developed through fun — movement becomes a pleasure, not a chore.
Confidence without aggression
They learn to defend themselves with control and responsibility, giving them the confidence to deal with other children, including bullying.
Friendships
They train in a group with children their own age, in an environment that values effort and helping each other.
